1E9 Conference 2021 | Munich

1E9 is a magazine, think tank and community revolving around new technologies and their impacts on our lifes. For their third edition of the annual 1E9 Conference - with talks by Vitalik Buterin (Ethereum), Katalin Karikó, Özlem Türeci and Ugur Sahin (BioNTech SE) and many more - we were invited to cover the dome of the former planetarium at the Deutsches Museum in Munich. The event title 'Synthese' (synthesis) and the three main topics 'Web3, NFTs and Metaverse' to 'Breakthroughs in biotechnology' and 'Green growth and system change' served as conceptual starting points for the ultra-high resolution content we created. As there is no projection equipment installed at the dome, we also took care of the technical planning, setup, mapping and operating of the dome projection.
