Reeperbahn Festival 2021 | Hamburg

As part of the annual Reeperbahn Festival, the exhibition '(IN) BETWEEN' highlights visual design within the field of music. Curated by Bareis + Nicolaus, we were asked to work on a video installation that suits as a canvas for motion design and keynotes, but also fills the room with sufficient ambient light. 15 screens, some of them overlapping, let the spectator decide whether they want to see the artwork as one giant image or dive deep into the details of the artist's brushes and textures. The installation featured artworks and videos by Pia Graf, Jamie Wolfe, Studio Dumbar, Bendik Kaltenborn & Espen Friberg, Lucas Hesse, Lucas Wurmbach, Bareis + Nicolaus and lichtgestalten.
